Key Account Manager B2B (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Key Account Manager B2B with immediate effect. In our fast-growing company with flat hierarchies, we offer you an attractive salary and the opportunity to work independently.
Your field of action:
- Quotation preparation and order tracking
- Acceptance and processing of customer queries by e-mail or telephone
- Independent support of a customer group
- Active customer communication by telephone and in writing at home and abroad
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and acquisition
What do you bring with you?
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification (career changers are equally welcome)
- Experience in telecommunications and sales is desirable
- Sound IT skills (including MS Office) and ideally experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
- Skilled in communication and good written expression
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Affinity for numbers and precise working methods
- Customer-oriented, committed and independent
