He has also contributed his expertise to a number of technical journals on semiconductor related topics. Dr. Kwon has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
